If you want to add a new Delivery Address, click ” Add a new address”. If you want to edit a current Delivery Address, click ‘Edit this address’. After confirming your Order, you will be automatically taken to the Payment page.

Choice is available not only in our goods, but also in our multiple payment options . Pay as you like. Use credit and debit cards, wallets, UPI, and cash on delivery(COD).

Making a Purchase:
We collect personal data from you in order to process your purchase, confirm your order, and ship merchandise to you. This personal data may include your name, billing and shipping address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, and payment card information. Camelio does not store your payment card information unless you choose to save it in your “My Account”.

Creating an account:
You have the opportunity to create a personal account with Camelio, which allows you to shop faster and easier online. When you create a personal account with Camelio, we collect personal data which may include your name, billing and shipping address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, and payment card information. By creating a user name and a password of your choice, you may access your account online at any time to view and/or edit your profile, address book, payment methods, order history, wish list, etc. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access information and for controlling access to your account. If you ever use a public computer to visit your account, we strongly encourage you to log out at the conclusion of your session.

Customer Care:
If you call, email or chat with our Customer Care center, we may collect personal data such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, and – if you choose to make a purchase – your payment card information and billing address. We use this information to assist you and to process and/or review your transaction. Camelio does not store your payment card information unless you choose to include it in your “My Account”

Camelio is currently only available in India. We deliver to all areas  that are a part of  the country’s territory. Although, eventually, we will broaden our horizons and make our goods available to people outside of India as well.

When you place your order with us, you will get an ‘ORDER ID’ along with it.You can find the Order ID in the Email/SMS we sent you after confirming your order with us .just click on the ‘TRACK ORDER’ option in our footer menu, Enter your  Order ID and Billing Email to track the status of your order.

You will receive your shipment within 10 days from the time of order confirmation, unless there are some unavoidable circumstances. Please note that due to the ongoing pandemic, shipments could be delayed depending on local rules and regulations.

You can cancel an order placed for up to 3 hours from the time of order confirmation. If the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will need to accept it and then initiate an exchange.

At the moment, COD is available only in certain PIN codes. You can enter your area PIN on the product page to check if it is COD-serviceable. COD is also only available for orders above Rs. 500 and below Rs. 5000.

If the package arrived opened, tampered with in any way or damaged, do not accept it. If it has been accepted on your behalf, contact us immediately.

Yes, if the product is unused and has its tags on you can exchange it for another product(s) of the same or higher value. Exchanges must be made in 30 days.

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds at this time.

We strive for 100% quality control, but sometimes a damaged piece slips through the cracks. Our bags and small leather goods are covered under a 6 month warranty for manufacturing defects. If there is a product defect due to manufacturing that is detected in these 6 months, we will replace the product at no additional cost. Our warranty does not cover wear and tear.
